In celebration of our book launch, we’re organizing a volunteer day in collaboration with our favorite local non-profit, One Love Community Fridge. OLCF works to connect, empower & engage the community through education and providing access to fresh, healthy food with no stigma.
s-u-m bites and beverages will be provided along with a brief introduction of the mission and the space, then we’ll spend the afternoon packing fresh bags of produce to distribute to community fridges in the Bed-Stuy neighborhood, to help fight food insecurity.
With the purchase of a ticket, you’ll receive;
- a copy of our book, Celadon 青瓷
- a postcard set
- a raffle ticket to win an assortment of s-u-m stuff
(ceramics, merch, and more)
A portion of the sales will be donated to One Love Community Fridge.
